摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La3+修饰的TiO2光催化剂,通过XRD,TEM,Raman等考察了La3+掺杂对TiO2结构的影响,并以液相苯酚光催化降解为探针,研究了La对TiO2催化性能的影响,结果表明:La3+的掺杂能够显著提高TiO2的催化活性和热稳定性.主要归因于①La3+掺杂导致催化剂比表面积增加;②La3+掺杂使锐钛矿相结晶度增加,同时有效抑制金红石相的出现.A La3+-doped TiO2 was synthesized by Sol-Gel method. XRD,TEM,Raman characterizations revealed that the modification of TiO2 with the La-dopant could inhibit the gathering of TiO2 particles and the collapse of the porous structure, resulting in the high surface area. Meanwhile, the La-dopant could also enhance the crystallization degree of anatase and also delay inhibit the formation of rutile phase during calcinations. During photocatalytic degradation of phenol in liquid phase, the as-prepared La3+/TiO2 displayed much higher activity than the corresponding undoped TiO2. On one hand, the promoting effect of the La-dopant could be attributed to the increase of surface area which facilitated the adsorption of both the UV light and the phenol molecules. On the other hand, it could also be attributed to the enhancement of the crystallization degree of anatase and the inhibition of the formation of rutile phase. As well known, the anatase phase was more active than the rutile in photocatalysis and the increase of crystallization degree of anatase was favorable for photocatalytic activity.
