摘　　要：从外商直接投资总量、存量、年度规模、外商投资企业概况四个方面分析了湖南省利用外商直接投资现状,提出了湖南省利用外商直接投资的对策:加强基础设施建设,改善投资硬环境;理顺招商引资机制,提高招商引资效率;改善投资后管理和服务,提高外商直接投资增量和存量水平;以开发园区为重点,形成产业聚集和利用外商直接投资之间的良性互动;以CEPA实施为契机吸引更多港澳直接投资。This paper analyzed the present situation of Hunan's using FDI from the four aspects of FDI total amount, stock, annual scale and general condition of FDI enterprises. It put forward the countermeasures of Hunan's using FDI: enhancing infrastructure construction to improve the hard environment; readjusting the mechanism of attracting FDI to heighten the efficiency of attracting FDI; improving the management and service after investment to heighten the increasing amount and stock of FDI; forming the promotion between industry agglomeration and using FDI with exploiting areas as main points; attracting more FDI from Hongkong and Macao by making good use of carrying out CEPA .
