摘　　要：对真丝绸清水高温高压脱胶的温度、时间、浴比等几个参数进行系统的研究,确定了一套污染少、能耗低、高速有效的脱胶工艺,其最佳工艺条件为125℃,30min,浴比1∶30。高温高压清水脱胶经后处理产品的质量提高。After a systematic research on the temperature,time and liquor ratio of silk degummingin tap water at high temperature and under high pressure,a new process,with high efficiency,nocontamination and low energy usage, was obtained. The optimum procedure is conducted at 125℃ for30min with the material to liquor ration at 1∶30.And the quality of product was enhanced aftertreatment.
