开口运动对经纱织造特性影响的研究

摘　　要：从静态特性和动态特性两个方面研究开口运动对经纱织造特性的影响,即形变对经纱张力的影响和高速开口运动引起的经纱微振动分析。并且结合实际生产,分析如何降低开口运动对高速织造的影响,优化织机参数设置,提高织造效率。The influence of shedding motion on warp weaving trait was studied from static and dynamicway, namely, the influence of deformation on warp yarn tensile and weak vibration analysis of thewarp yarn effected by high-speed shedding motion. How to decrease the influence and optimize the loomparameter to enhance efficiency was also analyzed by combining the practice.
