摘  要:介绍影响系数法实现风机动平衡的原理,讨论动平衡仪的的软、硬件设计。用开发成功的仪器在现场对型号为QY1的风机进行了动平衡试验,使风机的振动从10.0mm/s降至0.8mm/s,取得了十分满意的效果。实践说明,仪器的设计原理和方案是正确可行的,仪器在风机生产和维修中具有广阔的应用前景。The principle of influence coefficient method of field whole-machine balancing for air-blower is introduced. The design of the intellectual instrument embedded is discussed in detail from software to hardware. With the instrument developed successfully, a balancing experiment on a Air- blower is conducted. It made the vibration of the air- blower drop from 10.0mm/s to 0.8 mm/s. The result of the experiment indicated that the principle of the instrument is correct and feasible and the instrument has good application prospects.
