摘　　要：介绍的智能金属浮子流量变送器是以MSP430F449单片机为核心,实现瞬时流量、累积流量的测量和显示,输出构成两线制的4～20mA变送器,用于信号的远传。This paper introduces a flow-meter with MSP430F449 CMOS chip produced by TI company. It can finish local measurement of flow, calculate the sum volume and display at the field. Electricity remote transmit means so far as the needle of the indicator pointed out the value, the flow-meter change the value into standard electric current signals of 4~20mA or 0~10mA accurately.
