摘  要:以鲇和南方大口鲇的红细胞为材料,运用垂直聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对血红蛋白(Hb)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶电泳图谱进行了分析比较。结果表明:两种鲇鱼的血红蛋白电泳图谱相同,且皆显示两条谱带,无种的明显差异。而LDH同工酶谱,鲇显示3条谱带;南方大口鲇显示4条谱带,其中3条与鲇的相似。以上结果一方面揭示了二者有较大的同源性或较近的亲缘关系,但在生化水平上己有分化,表现出种的特异性。The comparative studies of electrophoretic patterns of hemoglobin and red blood cell LDHisozymes of two species of catfishes,Silurus asotus Linnaeus. and S.soldatovi meridionalis Chen, havebeen carried out using the vertical polyacrylamide electrophoresis methoed,The results showed thatboth catfishes have the same electrophoretic patterns of Hb.All of them displayed two ba nds.Theyhaven' t demonstrated significant species specificity,The results indicated that zymogram for LDHisozyme activity in the red blood Cell of Silurus asotus and S. soldatovi meridionlis proved slight differ-ences in band numbers and their strengh and relative mobilities,Thete are 3 bands in the red bloodcell of silurus asotus and 4 in one of S. soldatovi meridionalis.The three bands among LDH zymo-grams of S,soldatovi meridionalis are similar to those of Silurus asotus,suggesting Some differen tia-tion alrcady at biochemical level in S.soldatovi meridionalis and Silurus asotus.Thus both species canbe considered as closely related,and have the same ancestry,with S. soldatove meridionalis as the de-scendant of original Silurus asotus.
