摘　　要：轮虫是工厂化鱼类育苗、虾类育苗必不可少的生物开口饵料,轮虫的数量和质量往往是育苗成败的关键因素之一。介绍了轮虫的高密度培养技术及营养强化技术,研究设计了一种轮虫高密度循环水培育装置,其设计指标为轮虫培育密度>5000个/mL,轮虫培育温度为20-38℃恒温可调,培育水氨氮含量<0.6mg/L。Rotifer is an essential hatch feedstuff for industrial fish breeding and farming. The quantity and quality of rotifer is one of the successful keys of fish breeding. High-density culturing technology and nutrition forification technique were introduced in this paper. A culturing equipment of high-density recirculation system for rotifer was designed. The design indexes are as follows, culturing density of rotifer >5000 units /ml, culturing temperature of rotifer is between 20 -38℃, the ammonia nitrogen <0.6 mg /L.
