摘 要:引种长江上游水系的野生白缘(鱼央),在实验室条件下用自主设计制作的“双控循环养殖系统”进行驯养,并成功解决了这种珍稀鱼类饲养所遇到的水质、温度和饲料三大问题。养殖由低温的井水到室温的自来水,养殖水温从15℃提高到25℃,饲料采用郊区野生的红色水蚯蚓,对野生白缘(鱼央)的人工繁殖做了初步试验。The wild Margined bullhead ( Liobagrus marginatus Gunther) from upriver water system of Yangtze River was transfered in Wuhan. The domesticating experiment was made in the laboratory condition by Di-control Circulation Breeding System that is designed and made by ourself. The problems of water quality, temperature and feed were solved successfully to breed the rare fish. The breeding water was changed from well water with lower temperature to tap water with room temperature. The breeding temperature was changed from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃. The fish was fed with wild red worm lived in countryside. And last, the artificial reproduction of Liobagrus marginatus Giinther was made initially.
