摘　　要：目的对海南省和广西壮族自治区三个农村城镇的公立和私立诊所性病病征处理培训的效果进行考察。方法培训分为基础培训和强化培训。比较间隔1年的强化培训前、后两次考试有关知识得分的变化,同时通过对培训学员的访谈进一步了解培训效果和问题。结果参加两次问卷的分别为47和41人。没有学员完整参加了全部培训课程。强化培训后总分及格率为22%,比强化培训前增加16个百分点;预防方面的成绩最好(培训后及格率56%),进步幅度也最大;而诊断方面的成绩最差(培训后及格率9%),进步幅度最小。结论经过培训诊所的性病服务知识有所提高,但总体上仍有待大力改善。培训内容、方式以及缺少对性病服务质量监管和诊所人员继续教育的强有力的政策支持,可能是影响培训效果的重要原因。Objective To evaluate a training program of STIs syndromic management for practitioners in private and public clinics of three rural towns in Hainan and Guangxi provinces,China.Methods The training included two phases (basic courses and continuing reinforcement) conducted in a period of two years.Two questionnaire-based surveys were conducted before and after the reinforcement courses to assess knowledge improvement.Informal interviews of the participants were used for their feedback on the courses.Results 47 and 41 persons participated in two questionnaire-based surveys,respectively.No participants reported having participated in all courses.The post-training survey indicated an increase of 16% in proportion of the participants whose scores were ≥60% of the total score.The maximum improvement was in knowledge related to STIs prevention and treatment,and the minimum was in diagnosis knowledge.Conclusion Knowledge on STI syndormic management remains to be improved for the practitioners in three rural towns after the training.To improve the training outcomes,the courses need to be further tailored to these practitioners. The policies for enhancement of STI sevice quality and continuing education have to be developed and enforced.
