摘  要:将车厢壁面的振动转化为简支平板的振动模型,采用同位配置的方法,在板的上下表面粘贴几对压电片作为传感器和致动器,将有限元分析方法与模态控制方法结合起来分析抑制简支平板振动的问题。首先采用有限元分析方法对简支平板进行动力分析,建立其动力方程;然后用模态控制方法分析了模态传感、模态观测和模态控制过程,利用模态速度负反馈进行控制;最后进行数值仿真分析。结果表明,利用压电材料对车厢内壁的振动进行控制,能得到满意的抑振效果。The wall in a cab was modeled as a simply supported plate. Using collocated method with only several pairs of piezoelectric element pasted on/under the plate as sensors and actuators, the finite element analysis (FEA) combined with modal control method was proposed to analyze the problem of suppressing the vibration of the simply supported plate. Firstly, the FEA was adopted to analyze the structural dynamic characteristics of the simply supported plate and the dynamic formulation was constructed. Then, modal control method was used to analyze the process of modal sense, modal actuate and modal control, the negative modal velocity feedback was adopted to control the vibration. At last, simulation has been done and satisfying, vibration suppression was acquired, which showed the validity of the method proposed here, the vibration of the plate of the vehicle could be attenuated effectively by using piezoelectric elements.
