几种中药复方提取物对仔猪腹泻的防治作用及相关机理

摘　　要：试验观察了几种中药复方提取物的抗仔猪腹泻作用,并对抗腹泻机理进行了深入探讨。结果表明:白头翁、苦参、黄芪、三颗针、黄柏、党参等复方提取物能够显著降低仔猪腹泻发生率(P<0.01或P<0.05),对K88大肠杆菌明显抑制;能够极显著地降低番泻叶及蓖麻油所致小鼠实验性腹泻的频率(P<0.01);对乙酸所致小鼠腹膜的急性炎性渗出具有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);能够极显著地抑制小鼠小肠的运动(P<0.01)。试验结果提示:这几种中药复方提取物对仔猪腹泻的防治作用与促进水、钠向肠上皮细胞转运,抑制肠道炎性渗出及抑制小肠运动有关。The extracts were obtained from several Chinese medicinal herb of Pulsatilla chinensis, Sophora flavescens, phel lodendron amurense, Radix Astragali and Codonopsis pilosula (Franch) Nannf. Their antidiarrheal effects and mechanisms were investigated. The results showed that the occurrence frequency of diarrhea of piglet was significantly reduced by giving the extracts (P<001 or P<005). Some extracts had significant effect on inhibiting the proliferation of K88 E coli. The diarrhea incidence of mice induced by castor oil or Cassia angustifolia leaf was significantly reduced by feeding extracts (P<001). The acute inflammatory exudation in mouse peritoneum induced by acetic acid was significantly inhibited by some extracts (P<001 or 005), The herb extracts also inhibited alvine movement of mice (P<001). These roles of the Chinese herb extracts on the tested animals might be related to the transport of water and sodium ion from intestinal cavity to the epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa.
