摘　　要：目的探讨移植肾功能延迟恢复的观察与护理。方法回顾和总结11例肾移植术后移植肾功能延迟恢复患者的护理。结果11例患者中8例移植肾功能恢复正常,1例移植肾功能丧失,2例死亡。结论精心的护理可有效预防各种并发症的发生,有利于移植肾功能的恢复。Objective To explore the observation and nursing care of delayed graft function (DGF) patients after renal transplantation. Methods Nursing care of 11 DGF cases were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 11 DGF cases, allograft function of 8 cases recovered, allograft function of 2 cases lost and 2 cases died. Conclusions Intensive nursing can prevent post-transplantation complications effectively and be of great benefit to allograft function recovery after DGF.
