摘　　要：吉化公司尿素合成塔运行18年来,塔内衬里及筒体焊缝先后发现点腐蚀、局部较均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂、鼓包、冲刷腐蚀和焊接缺陷等严重安全隐患,对此进行调查分析,提出解决办法。The urea tower has been run for 18 years in Jilin chemical industry company.The serious safe hidden troubles are early or late found which there is spot corrosion,Local equanty corrosion,corrosion between crystals,craze of the stress corrosion,heave,eroding corrosion and welding lisfigurement etc.In the liner of tower and welding line in shell, we have investigated and analyzed these problems and point out the solving method.
