摘 要:研究了新型浮选捕收剂N十二烷基β氨基丙酰胺(CH3(CH2)11NHCH2CH2C(O)NH2·HCl,缩写为DAPA)分离石英和铁矿物的浮选性能和作用机理。小型浮选试验表明,在pH为6.5~8.5的中性范围内,DAPA用量为12.5mg/L的条件下,石英的浮选回收率可达到90%以上。与十二胺相比,DAPA表现出对石英较弱的捕收能力和较强的选择性。随DAPA用量增加,DAPA对石英的捕收能力增强,其增加程度明显大于对赤铁矿、磁铁矿和镜铁矿的捕收能力。在pH=6.5条件下,DAPA能成功地分离石英与这3种铁矿物分别组成的人工混合矿。DAPA是比常规的胺类阳离子捕收剂碱性稍弱的捕收剂,它吸附石英后,石英表面的Zeta电位朝较小负值的方向变化,DAPA仍属阳离子类捕收剂。The flotation separation of quartz from iron minerals using N-dodecyl-β-amino-propylamide)(CH_3(CH_2)_11NHCH_2CH_2C(O)NH_2·HCl,DAPA)as a new collector was investigated, and the Zeta potentials of quartz before and after the addition of the collector DAPA were measured to probe the mechanism of the interaction of the quartz surface with the collector. The results show that DAPA is an effective collector of quartz flotation, and that compared with commercial collector dodecylamine, DAPA exhibited good flotation selectivity of quartz from iron minerals. Furthermore, the separations of quartz with DAPA from the mixtures of quartz and iron minerals (hematite, specularite and magnetite) were achieved. After the adsorption of DAPA, the negative Zeta potentials of the quartz surface became smaller, and it indicates that DAPA is a type of cationic collector, and the electrostatic and hydrogen bond adsorptions with the species on the quartz surface are its dominant interactions.
