加倍剂量氯沙坦对老年糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加倍剂量氯沙坦(losartan)对老年2型糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的影响。方法30例2型糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)患者随机分为观察组15例,对照组15例,第一周全部对象均给予氯沙坦50mgqd及常规的降压、控制血糖治疗,第二周观察组给予氯沙坦加量至100mgqd,对照组维持50mgqd,观察4周前后24h尿蛋白的变化。结果观察组24h尿蛋白明显下降,显著优于对照组。结论氯沙坦100mg较50mg更益于减少糖尿病肾病蛋白尿,对延缓DN的发展,可能具有重要价值。Objective To observe the effect of double dosage losartan in the treatment of type-2 diabetic renal proteinuria in elderly people. Methods 30 patients with type-2 diabetic nephropathy(DN) were divided into observation group 15 cases and control group 15 cases randomly. Losartan 50mg qd and other routine treatment for hypertension and hyperglycemia were given to all patients in the 1st week. Losartan 100 mg qd was given to the observation group from 2nd week on, but the dosage remained unchanged for the control group. Variation of proteinuia in 24 hours was studied. Results Proteinuia in 24 hours of the observation group patients was decreased obviously, more obviously than that in the control group patients. Conclusions Comparing to 50mg,100mg losartan is more helpful in decreasing diabetic renal proteinuria, and it possesses important value to postpone DN development probably.
