摘　　要：图书馆知识管理是图书馆事业发展的主要驱动力和提高竞争能力的重要手段,其基本内容是运用集体的智慧提高应变和创新能力。知识管理的不同模式会带来不同的效果。本文就图书馆知识管理的几种实施模式进行了分析、比较,试图从中寻求一种最佳的图书馆知识管理实施模式。The library knowledge management is the main driving force to promote the development of library and the important means in boosting the competitiveness. The substance of knowledge management is to improve the strain capacity and innovation ability by means of collective wisdom .The different pattern of knowledge management brings about different results.Through the analysis and comparison,this paper aims to find the best implementation pattern of knowledge management.
