摘　　要：基于稀硫酸介质中,罗丹明B—高锰酸钾与硫酸特布他林的发光体系,建立了一种流动注射化学发光测定硫酸特布他林的新方法.该方法灵敏度高,操作简便,线性范围宽(1.0×10-7g/mL～1.0×10-5g/ml),检出限为6.2×10-8g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.0%(n=11,Cs=5.0×10-6g/mL),应用于测定博利康尼片剂并与标准方法(中国药典法)比较,结果满意.A new system for determination of Terbutaline Sulfate with flow injection chemiluminescence was described. It is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of Terbutaline Sulfate -potassium permanganate-rhodamine B. A method based on the enhanced chemiluminescence for Terbutaline Sulfate determination has been developed. The method has high sensitivity and good repeatability, with a linear concentration range of 1.0×10-7g/mL-1.0×10-5g/mL and a detection limit of 6.2×10-8 g/mL. The relative standard deviation (n=11) is 2.0% for 5.0×10-6g/mL Terbutaline Sulfate.
