摘  要:本文研究了一个输出镜面是用非线性Fabry-perot标准具形成的光学双稳器件的激光系统,对于这种激光系统,根据半经典动态模型,利用线性稳定分析和系统的微分方程数值解,分析了这系统的稳定性和动态特性曲线。根据线性稳态分析,我们可得到三个结论:(1)不仅有鞍型分叉点,而且也有hopf分叉点;(2)在出现hopf分叉的地方,最多可能有三个工作点;(3)相关的初始相位移动和解调系数将影响hopf分叉点的多少和分布。根据第二种方法,我们可给出,当该系统出现波动时(或一个外光脉冲被输入到该激光器时),系统的变量是怎样随时间变化的。其结果表明,利用光学的方法,该系统可从一种稳态转换为另一种稳态,而两种方法得到的结论将是一致的。In this paper we study the laser system in which the output mirror is an optical bistabledevice formed by anonlinear Fabry-perot elalon。 Based on the semiclassical dynamical modelfor this laser system。We analyze the stability and the dynamic response of this system byusing the linear stability analysis and the numerical solving the differential equations of thissystem。 From the linear stability analysis。 We obtain that in this system(Ⅰ)there are notonly the saddle-node bifurcation but also the hopf bifureation;(Ⅱ ) there may be at mostthree operating points where the hopf bifurcation will occur;(Ⅲ)the relative initial phaseshift and the detuning paratmeter will effect the number and distribution of the hopf bifurca-tion points。 From the second method.We give how the variables of this system change withtime when a perturbation occurs in the system(or an external optieal pulse is inputed into thelaser)and the results show that this system may be switched from one stable state to anotherby optical method.The results given by two methods are coinident。
