摘  要:目的:观察大鼠脊髓慢性受压后脊髓组织中神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体(TrkA)表达的变化。方法:采用大鼠后路渐进性压迫的方法制作大鼠轻、中、重度脊髓压迫损伤动物模型,用免疫组化检测脊髓组织中NGF及其受体的表达的变化。结果:正常大鼠脊髓组织中的脊髓神经元和灰、白质中的胶质细胞NGF和TrkA表达较弱;脊髓受压后NGF和TrkA表达增强(P<0.05)。受压程度越重,其表达越明显,免疫反应强度与脊髓受压程度呈正相关。结论:大鼠脊髓慢性受压后,NGF及其受体表达增多,这可能对脊髓神经元的存活和保留具有重要作用。Objective:To study the change of the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF)and its receptor(TrkA)in chronic progressive compressive spinal cord injury of rats.Methods:A rat model of chronic spinal cord injury was made.The expressions of NGF and TrkA were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results:The positive expressions of NGF and TrkA were observed in neurons and the glial cells in normal spinal cord of rats.After spinal cord injury,the numbers of positive neurons of NGF and TrkA increased (P<0.05).Moreover,there was a positive correlation between the positive NGF immuno-reactive density and the extent of compressed spinal cord.Conclusion:In the progress of chronic compressive spinal cord injury,the expression of NGF and TrkA increases,and that may be of benefit to the reservation and regenerations of the injured spinal cord neurons.
