摘  要:在乙醇溶剂中,以H2O2预氧化纳米锌粉为原料,在较低温度(600℃,1h)空气中氧化形成具有大比表面积的针状纳米ZnO。采用X射线衍射、场发射电子显微镜、热重差示扫描量热法对制备产物进行相关表征。讨论了在第一步预氧化阶段双氧水、表面活性剂Tween80的加入对纳米ZnO形貌生长的影响。热分析曲线显示了经预氧化后的锌粉和原锌粉热氧化行为存在明显差异,说明第一步预处理影响了氧化壳层进而影响第二步热氧化阶段针状纳米ZnO的生长。Using nano-sized metallic zinc powders pre-oxidized by H2O2 in an ethanol solution as raw material, nano-sized needle-shape ZnO materials with a large surface area and fine crystal structure were prepared by heat treatment at 600°C for 1 h in air. The as-oxidized products obtained in the two steps oxidizing were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric-differential scanning colorimetry. The effect of adding H2O2 and surfactant Tween-80 on the growth morphology of nano-sized needle-shape ZnO powder is discussed. The thermal analytical curves show that there is a great difference in thermal oxidation behavior between the pre-oxidized and original powders, which indicate that the first step pre-oxidation affects the oxide shell on the surface of zinc powders, and then the growth of nano-sized needleshape ZnO powder during the second thermal oxidation step.
