海洛英依赖所致胸部病变的影像学分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨海洛英依赖所致胸部感染性病变的影像学表现。材料与方法:回顾性分析42例海洛英依赖继发胸部感染性病变患者的临床与影像学资料。所有患者均进行尿海洛英试验并均摄有标准胸片,其中,3例做了胸部CT扫描,5例做了超声心动图检查。结果:42例患者中,胸部X线平片表现为肺纹理增多12例、小片状模糊影10例、多发小空洞2例、胸腔积液6例、肺水肿5例、各种形态病灶并存15例。3例胸部CT检查的患者双肺均有不同程度的片状及小结节状病灶,5例彩超检查者,4例见三尖瓣赘生物、3例三尖瓣关闭不全。结论:海洛英依赖患者的胸部感染性病灶影像表现多种多样,其中多发小空洞征对青壮年海洛英依赖所致肺部的感染有一定价值。有无吸食或静脉注射海洛英史对鉴别诊断较为重要。Purpose:Inquiring the imaging show of concerned chest infection disease that create in relying on heroin.Materials and Methods:Review analysis 42 cases Heroin to continue a chest infection disease and becomes patient clinical and reflection datum.Urine heroin trial all is the masculine,All have been taken chest X-ray ,3 cases have been done chest CT scanning,and 5 cases have been done the ultrasound heartbeat picture check.Results:That chest X-ray shows to lung marking to grow in 12 cases and in fragmentis shadow 10 cases,small cavity of 2 cases,hydrothorax 6 cases,5 cases pulmonary edema and various form focuses exists side by side 15 cases the super check person of the chest CT finds a piece form that two lungs all have the different level and nodule focus of infection 3 cases,5 cases colour ultrasound test:4 cases mistral vegetation and mistral vegetation 3 cases.Conclusion:It is varied that the imaging show of concerned chest infection disease that create in relying on heroin,and among them small cavity sign is value for chest infection disease that create in relying on heroin of young people,and has or not to suck or heroin of intravenous injection is comparatively importantly to distinguishes the diagnosis.
