摘　　要：经费不足是制约我国医学教育进一步发展的主要因素。该文通过对美国公立医学院和我国医学院校经费来源现状的对比 ,分析了我国高等医学教育筹资中存在的主要问题 ,并联系我国教育体制改革、卫生体制改革等方面的实际 。Expenditure shortage is a key factor restrict the development of medical education. Based on comparative study on source of public medical uviversity among Sino US analysis the key issues of funding collect on the medical education. Combine the practical issues on reform of education system and health care reform adequate strategies are proposed on this paper.
