亲水型导丝的四种消毒效果观察——电镜扫描观察

摘　　要：为了筛选适合于亲水型导丝的消毒剂,笔者比较了目前常用的4种消毒剂对该型导丝表面膜的影响。4种消毒剂分别为75％酒精、40％甲醛、环氧乙烷及专用导管消毒液。对使用和未使用的导丝经上述4种消毒剂处理后用扫描电镜观察。结果发现:与未经消毒处理的导丝表面对照,4种消毒剂对导丝表面亲水膜均有不同程度的损伤,表现为裂纹、皱缩不平及脱落,以甲醛、酒精损伤最显著,环氧乙烷次之,导管液最轻。结论:甲醛、酒精不适合于亲水型导丝的消毒,为增加该型导丝的使用次数,作者推荐用导管液消毒处理。To select proper disinfectants for hydrophilic guide wire,we examined the membrane of the guide wire with scanning electron microscope after sterilization with different disinfectants. The disinfectants included 75% ethyl alcohol,40% formadehyde, ethylene oxide and special disinfectant solution for catheter,The results showed that all four kinds of disinfectants had damage effect on the hydrophilic membrane in varying degrees, which were crevices , wrinkles and peeled - off. The worse injuries on the membrane were found in the formaldehyde and alcohol groups,and the less damage were present in the spcecial disinfectant solution groups. The authors concluded that formaldehyde and alcohol were not suitable for sterilizing the hydrophilic guide wire.
