摘 要:用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定轻烧镁中的As和Hg,采用硝酸-盐酸体系消解样品,在0.8mol/L的盐酸介质中,以2%硼氢化钾为还原剂,考查了预还原条件、载气、屏蔽气流速及共存元素干扰的影响。方法的相对标准偏差小于8%,回收率在93.0%~106.0%之间,检出限As为0.54ug/L,Hg为0.06ug/L。A method for determining trace As and Hg in calcined magnesite by hydride generation -atomic fluorescence spectrom- etry was studied. The digestion system of HNO3 -HCl was evaluated. The hydride generation occurred in 0.8mol/L HCl media with 2% KBH4 as a reduction reagent. The experimental conditions of prereduction, flow rate of carrier gas and elemential interferences were investigated. The recoveries are in the range of 93.0% ~ 106.0%, the detection limits are 0.54ug/L for As, 0.06ug/L for Hg, and RSD was below 8%. The method was simple and rapid. The results was satisfied.
