摘　　要：论文对太阳能及太阳能热水器的研制和应用现状做了描述,给出了一种高效太阳能热水器的方案和结构设计,并对此太阳能热水器的效率进行了评定,最后给出了一个基于模糊控制的自由放水系统,克服了定温放水系统的缺点。The developing and application present state of the solar and solar water heater are desc- ribed in the paper. The scheme and structure design of a high efficient solar water heater are presented in the paper, too. Then the paper gives out the efficiency evaluation of it. Finally a free water releasing system based on the fuzzy control is provided.
