摘 要:为实时监测飞机机舱内温度、压力等参数,增强飞机飞行性能及安全性,设计了一套机载温度、压力实时检测控制系统,以AT89C51单片机为核心,以MAX192等芯片构成外围电路,对温度、压力信号采集、处理并实时控制。在压力范围为0~1.2Mpa和温度范围为-40~+80℃的实验条件下,压力误差为0.01Mpa,温度误差为±1℃,满足系统要求。实验证明,系统硬件结构简单、性能稳定可靠、抗干扰性强。For real-time measuring the temperature and press in the passenger compartment and enhancing the aero performance and security of airplane, a set of airborne real-time measure and control system for temperature and pressure is designed. With SCM as hardcore and MAX192、MAX7221、MAX6304 as peripheral circuit, the temperature signal and press signal are real-time acquired, processed and controlled. When pressure is within 0~1.2Mpa and temperature is within -40~+80℃, the experiment pressure error is 0.01Mpa and the temperature error is ±1℃, which can meet the requirements of system. The experiment indicates that the hardware structure is simple, the performance is stable and reliable, and the anti-interference is effective.
