摘  要:针对一种复杂曲面薄壁异形件的旋压材料进行可旋性研究。从旋压件贴模、壁厚、极限减薄率、极限半锥角、偏离率等方面进行工艺试验,结果表明,20钢具有较好的可旋性,在异形件旋压中可达到较小的锥角,存在一定的壁厚偏离率与反弹量。本工艺试验对生产有良好的指导作用。A technics research of spinning feasibility on complex circumgyrate sheet metal was carried out and studied. A series of experiments were carried including mold-sticking、tube thickness、utmost thinned、utmost half-taper, departure rate, etc.. It is concluded that the steel 20 has preferable spinning feasibility and can be spinned to less taper on circumgyrate sheet metal spinning. And there are also some departure rates of tube thinkness and rebounding quantity existing after spinned. Finally the technics research has a well guiding effect on spinning manufacturing.
