摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Li1 2Cr0 4Mn0 4O2层状正极材料,研究了不同煅烧温度对结构的影响,并对电化学性能进行了改进。结果表明:在850℃下煅烧后,材料的层状结构更为明显,电化学性能优良。以10mA/g循环,其首次放电容量为270mAh/g,40次循环后,保持有190mAh/g。在充放电过程中,Mn始终保持+4价,Cr在+6和+3价之间可逆变化。Li1 2Cr0 4Mn0 4O2经过镀银后以80mA/g进行放电,可以放出100mAh/g的容量。在Li1 2Cr0 4Mn0 4O2中掺入钴,增强了循环性能。<Abstrcat>Layered Li_(1.2)Cr_(0.4)Mn_(0.4)O_2 was prepared by sol-gel method as cathode material. The effects of different calcination temperatures on structure were studied and electrochemical property was improved. The results showed that the material calcinated at 850 ℃ exhibited more distinct layer structure and fine electrochemical property. Its initial discharge capacity was 270 mAh/g at 10 mA/g, and kept 190 mAh/g after 40 cycles.The valency of Mn remained +4,Cr was changing (reversibly) between +6 and (+3 during) charge and discharge. Li_(1.2)Cr_(0.4)Mn_(0.4)O_2 plating with Ag could exhibit a capacity of 100 mAh/g at 80 mA/g.The cycle performance was enhanced by doping of Co into Li_(1.2)Cr_(0.4)Mn_(0.4)O_2.
