摘 要:将3只开路电压和放电时间(容量)基本一致的6DZM10型阀控式密封铅酸(VRLA)电池配组使用,以期避免1只电池过早失效。单体电池之间的差别可以缩小,但不能消除。在使用过程中的深度过放电会使电池差别增大,导致1只电池过早失效。若将电池组放电终止电压由31 5V提高到32 5V,虽然放电时间会缩短2%左右,但对防止单体电池过早失效有效。<Abstrcat>3 valre-regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries (6DZM10) that had approximately equal open circuit voltage and discharging time (capacity) were matched to eliminate one of them being more early failure. The difference between single cells might be reduced but could not be eliminated. Deep discharge during the using period would make the difference larger and larger, so one of the batteries was made failure. It was efficient to prevent early failure of single cell when the discharging terminal voltage was raised from 31.5 V to 32.5 V, although discharging time would be decreased about 2%.
