摘  要:利用微波模板法制备了尖晶石型LiMn2-xCoxO4(x=0、0 1、0 2和0 4)锂离子电池正极材料。利用XRD和SEM等方法对样品进行了表征,结果表明:掺杂后的材料仍是尖晶石相,掺杂Co可提高材料的尖晶石结构稳定性。电化学测试结果显示:与纯的LiMn2O4材料相比,掺杂后的材料循环性能得到提高。x=0 2为最佳值,其初始容量为112mAh/g,40次循环后,容量衰减率为9%。<Abstrcat>Cathode materials LiMn_(2-x)Co_xO_4(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.4) of Li-ion batteries were prepared by microwave template method. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM method.The results showed that the materials were spinels, Co doping could stabilize the spinel structure.Electrochemical tests indicated that the cycle ability of LiMn_2O_4 was improved after doping.When x=0.2 was optimum, its initial discharge capacity was 112 mAh/g and capacity fading was 9% after 40 cycles.
