摘 要:催化材料是空气电池性能提高的技术关键。采用热分解法制备了金属氧化物催化剂Mn Co O。通过极化曲线及空气电极性能曲线测试发现:用酸化后的Mn3CoO7为催化剂的空气电极极化程度最小,在200mA/cm2的电流密度下,极化电位仅为-0 1522V;以100mA/cm2恒流电解,电极寿命可达800h,说明酸化后的Mn3CoO7催化剂具有良好的综合电化学性能。<Abstrcat>Catalytic material was a technological key to enhance the performance of air battery. Mn-Co-O catalysts were prepared by thermal decomposition method. Through the tests of steady polarization curve and performance curve of air electrode, it was found that air electrode with Mn_3CoO_7 catalyst after acidification had minimum extent of polarization and polarization (potential) was only (-0.152 2 V) when the current density was 200 mA/cm^2, the life of air electrode could reach to 800 h at the steady electrolyte current density of 100 mA/cm^2, which demonstrated good comprehensive electrochemical performance of the Mn_3CoO_7 catalyst after acidification.
