摘 要:为研究面内剪力作用下点支承玻璃板的承载性能,采用沉头式、浮头式连接方式的玻璃板各3件,施加面内均布荷载直至破坏,量测了玻璃板上关键点的应力变化,记录了点支承玻璃板的破坏过程。试验现象表明,玻璃板在面内剪力作用下发生平面外变形,使其承载能力下降了70%以上。在单独剪力作用下,点支承玻璃板破坏由孔边应力控制,而大面中心及板边中点的应力则较小。该研究为进一步改进点支承玻璃的设计方法提供了依据。Current design methods for point-supported glass panels neglect the shearing force parallel to the panel. The loading effects of point-supported glass panels with distributed shearing loads was analyzed experimentally using three glass panels with surface flush connectors and three other panels with protubing connectors. The research measured the stresses at key points and analyzed the failure processes. The experiments show that deflection outside the panel direction causes the panel strength to decrease by more than 70% and that the maximum stress occurs around the hole in the panel with failure at the holes. The stresses at the panel's center and edge are relatively small.
