摘　　要：数据库服务器作为专用数据存储和管理设备对上层系统提供数据服务,从而为上层对系统分析管理提供数据依据。并且可以缓解上层系统对数据管理的压力。本文详细地介绍了变电站电压监测系统的结构以及数据库的创建、管理以及通信。Database server , as the specific data storage and management device, provides the upper system with data service and serves as the data reference source for the upper's analysis and management. Meanwhile it help the upper to alleviate the data management pressure.The paper introduced the structure of substation voltage monitoring system and the creature, management and communication of the database.
