大承气汤冲剂防治急性腹内感染内毒素血症的研究

摘　　要：为了观察与验证通里攻下法对内毒素血症的作用，本研究选用了具有代表性的大承气汤，利用改进的冲剂剂型，对急性腹内感染病人进行了前瞻性对比观察。结果表明，大承气汤冲剂具有防治急性腹内感染内毒素血症的作用。o study and verify the effect of the purgation function of herbal medicine on endotoxemia we applied the reprasentitive presctiption一the improved Da Cheng Qi decoction. The oberva-tions and prcopective comporisons were made on the the patients wi th endotoxemia. The results showed that Da Cheng Qi decoction can prevent and treat endotoxemia and has good effective-ness. The mechanism of the prescription is further discused in our study.
