摘　　要：作者对300例烧伤创面植皮与伤后手术时间的关系进行了探讨，认为烧伤创面最佳时机为伤后≥10天＜50天。作者对三组病树进行了比较，对＜10天和＞50天者均不如此间中组，作者对其原因进行了分析。The authors made a survey of the relationship be-tween the survival rate of skingraft and the time of op-eration postburn and concluded that the optimal timefor skin grafting operation is in the period of 10 to 50days postburn. The results of the operation performedearlier or later than this period are often not very sat-is factory. The reasons of the optimal time for opera-tion were discussed.
