健脾和胃、理气通降法针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾和胃、理气通降针法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法:将81例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组各40例,治疗组采用内关、中脘、足三里、公孙穴针刺治疗,对照组口服吗丁啉片进行治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.2%,与对照组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾和胃、理气通降针法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效较好。Objective:To observe effects of the acupuncture therapy by strengthening spleen-stomach and subduing the adverse flowof Qi in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Mothods:81 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.41 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture,and 40 cases in the control group were treated with motiliine.Results:The effective rate was 90.2% in the treatment group with a better therapeutic effect (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy by strengthening spllen-stomach and subduing the adverse flow of Qi is a better therapy for diabetic gasroparesis.
