摘　　要：目的:观察温针及刺络放血疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:治疗组43例采用温针及刺络放血疗法,对照组40例口服保泰松片,治疗2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率86.0%,对照组总有效率55%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:温针及刺络放血疗法对强直性脊柱炎的疗效较好。Objective: To observe the effects of treatment on ankylosing spondylitis by warming-needle and collateral-puncture-bleeding method.Methods:83 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly,43 cases were treated by warming-needle and collateral-puncture-bleeding method,40 cases were treated with phenylbutazone tablet as control.The total course of treatment waas 2 moths.Results:The curative effect in treating group is much better than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The warming-needle and collateral-puncture-bleeding method is superior the phenylbutazone in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis..
