摘 要:目的 观察并比较同种同基因和异基因大鼠心脏移植术后早期急性排斥反应的病理改变的动态变化,进一步了解急性排斥反应相关的机理。方法 建立大鼠颈部心脏移植模型,采用HE染色的方法,观察术后不同时间移植心脏的病理改变。结果 同基因大鼠心脏移植组术后1、3、5天心肌可见轻度水肿,心肌细胞结构正常,无变性坏死。异基因大鼠术后病理检查显示排斥反应显著,组织学分级在3A级以上。结论 同基因大鼠心脏移植术后无移植排斥反应发生,异基因大鼠术后3~5天是发生急性排斥反应的高峰期,尤以第5天明显。Objective To observe and compare early dynamical pathological changes of acute rejection between homogeneous isogenic and allogeneic cardiac transplantation in rat so as to further elucidate the mechanism of acute rejection. Methods Cervical heterotopic cardiac transplantation model of rat was established and pathological changes of transplanted heart were observed at different time point by HE stain method.Results Slightly myocardial edema and normal myocyte structure without necrosis were found in rat at the 1st day,3rd day, 5th day after isogenic cardiac transplantation,whereas severe rejection were found in rat with allogeneic cardiac transplantation with histological grading above 3A. Conclusions No rejection takes place in rat with isogenic cardiac transplantation. Rejection of allogeneic cardiac transplantation peaks from the 3rd to the 5th days after transplantation surgery, and rejection is severest on the 5th day.
