健康老年人与慢性肺心病患者肺血管反应性的研究

摘　　要：建立并使用静注氨茶碱前后用肺阻抗血流图测定肺血管反应性的方法测定健康老年人和肺心病患者。结果提示１３例健康老年人肺血管反应者与无反应者之比例为３．３：１，而３４例老年慢性肺心病患者降低为２．１：１。通过对该法测定肺血管反应性的因素和机理进行探讨，认为该方法简单、无创伤，易为被检者接受。A new method for determinated the responsiveness of pulmonary blood vessels by using impedance-pulmonary-rheogram(IPR) before and after aminophylline was given out intravenously was established.Exporiments were carried on 13 healthy elderly and 31 aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale. The results showed that the pulmonary vascular responsiveness in the former wasi more sensitive than the latter.The causes and effects of the responsiveness of pulmonary bloodd vessels were preliminarily diseiussed. It is concluded that this method is a simple and non-invasive and it can be accepted by the subjects.
