钙剂对急性DIC形成作用的实验观察  

Effect of Ionized Calcium to Promote Acute Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation in Condition of Microcirculatory Disturbance in Rats

摘  要:采用提睾肌微循环监测及血液检查包括血气分析的测定,观察健康雄性大白鼠在微循环障碍情况下,Ca++对急性DIC的形成的作用。结果:实验组20只大鼠(加钙组)造病后有典型的急性DIC变化,20只大鼠于3~24h内相继死亡,经病理组织学检查,部分大鼠的肺毛细血管和小血管内有白色微血栓。而对照组5只鼠微循环障碍为暂时性的红细胞粘连聚集,5只鼠均存活。提示:在微循环障碍情况下,Ca++可促进急性DIC形成,应引起临床工作者警惕。Using the monitoring of microcirculation of the cremaster muscle & laboratory findings on blood containins pH/blood gas analysis on Wistar male rats to oboerve the effect of ionized ealcium on acute DIC, in a condition of microcirculatory disturbence. The results showed that all 20 rats suffered from a type of acute DIC. All 20 rats died within 3-24 hours. On histolosical examination, a few hyaline thrombi were found in the capillaries of the lungs of some rats. In the control group, all 5 rats only showed adherent erythrocytes and aggregation with trancient microcirculatory disturbance. All 5 rats survived. The conclusion from this study warns that if a condition of microcirculatory disturbance exists, that ionized calcium would promote the formation of acute DIC.
