盐酸二氢埃托啡与盐酸丁丙诺啡联合用于海洛因依赖患者戒毒治疗——附57例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：本文以盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)与盐酸丁丙诺啡(BUP)联合用于海洛因依赖患者57例戒毒治疗,10d一疗程,其中戒毒48例,好转8例,无效1例,戒毒成功率84.2％。认为该疗法起效快,控制症状彻底,用药简便,药物减量过程中戒断症状反复较少,病人乐于接受,缩短了DHE和BUP各自用药时间,避免可能产生的药物依赖现象。57 heroin addicts were detoxified with dihydroetorphine hydrochloride (DHE) and buprenorphine hydrochloride (BUP) combined. The treatment lasted 10 days. Among the treated addicts, 48 cases were detoxified; 8 cases were on the mend and 1 case was ineffective. The effective rate of detoxification was 84. 2%. The results demonstrated that the therapy was quick in the onset of action, thorough control of the symptoms and convenient for using. There were less relapses of abstinence symptoms during the course of reducing dosage and the therapy was accepted delightedly by the addicts. The therapy also shortened the maintaining period of DHE and BUP respectively, which avoided the possible dependence produced by drugs themselves.
