海洛因滥用者蛋白电泳改变分析

摘　　要：本文报道65例海洛因及盐酸二氢埃托啡成瘾者蛋白电泳分析结果。采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳,洗脱比色法,对65例成瘾者及60例健康人分别作蛋白电泳分析。结果两组间白蛋白、α_1、α_2、β、γ五种结果均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。调查组显示白蛋白降低,球蛋白增高。对于造成这种变化的因素有待进一步研究探讨。This paper reported an analysis result of protein - electrophoresis of 65 cases dependent on heroin and DHE in Comparison with 60 cases of healthy people (normal group as control) . The result of albumin, α1, α1, β, γ showed a significant differences (P<0. 01) between heroin - DHE dependent group and the normal group. Another result showed that albumin level was lower and globulin was raised in the heroin - DHE dependent group. It suggested that heroin injure human bodies seriously and cause disorder of protein metabolic function.
