摘　　要：本文工作利用计算机、工控机、自身给药实验设备构成了一套自身给药实验系统,实现了自身给药实验的自动化控制,建立了6种评价药物依赖性实验动物模型。全部实验过程采用计算机实时监控,科研人员设定参数,工控机24 h连续控制。实验数据的采集、处理、入库及图表输出全部程序化。辅助视频监视系统可记录实验动物操作行为的图象资料。自身给药系统的建立为药物精神依赖性潜力的定性和定量分析评价提供了完善的科研手段。The self - administration control system(SACS) consists of a computer, interface and equipment of self -administration. With this system, we have developed six animal models for evaluating the liability or potential of drug dependence. Using the SACS, SA test procedure, data collection, processing, entering the database, graphics and tables outputing are all controlled by the computer automatically. The SA labs are also equipped with video camera, video recorder and TV to monitor the animal behavior. It provides perfect scientific method for studying and evaluating the liability of psychical dependence of psychotropic drugs qualitatively and quantitatively.
