光电容积描记检查下肢静脉逆流性疾病的初步评价──静脉造影对照分析

摘　　要：对５０条患有逆流性疾病的下肢进行了静脉造影及光电容积描记（ＰＰＧ）检查，通过两种方法对照分析，对ＰＰＧ作初步评价。认为ＰＰＧ具有无创伤、无痛苦、无过敏反应等特点。对中度和重度患者的检出率高，对轻度患者不敏感，特异性低，易受人为因素影响。在疾病的随访复查中首选ＰＰＧ检查。lower limbs of primary valvular incompetence were studied with venography and photoplethys mography(PPG),We assessed the action of PPG in diagnosing primary valvular incompetence on the basis of comparison with venography. The feature of PPG :noninvasive,painless,and nonallegic reaction,ect.It had a high diagnostic rate compared with ascending venography for moderate and serious patients with venous reflux,but it was neither sensitive nor specific to minimal cases, In addtion,the resets of diagnosis were easily affected by artificial factors. We consider that PPG should be first selected in followed-up and reexaminated patients.
