男性高血压病者的血流变与甲襞微循环变化

摘　　要：对８６例男性高血压病者的血液流变及甲襞微循环与健康对照组比较结果表明：高血压病的血流变与甲襞微循环有显著异常，尤其伴有高脂血症患者更有显著性差异，其相关密切，互为因果，可为高血压病的病情、疗效判定及其预后提供客观的参考依据。The study of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation in 86male hypertensive patients compared with healthy adults indicates that there was exists significant differences espocially in those who suffer from hyperliproteinemia.The items had high correlation with the disease,being eause and effect so the items could be regurded as the objective reference acccordance to hypertensive patients in deciding the patients condition,curatire effect and prognases.
