风心病合并左房血栓66例超声分析

摘　　要：目的评价超声对风心病合并左房血栓的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析66例风心病合并左房血栓的超声诊断并手术对照。结果超声检查表明66例中,合并二尖瓣中、重度狭窄27例,合并二尖瓣关闭不全39例,合并三尖瓣相对关闭不全7例,主动脉瓣膜病变10例,鲁登巴氏综合征1例。上述结果与手术所见完全一致,结论超声检查对风心病合并左房血栓可做出准确诊断。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease (RHD) complicated with left atrium thrombosis(LAT).Methods Ultrasonographic diagnoses in 66 patients with RHD complicated with LAT were analyzed and compared with the operation,retrospectively.Results US shown that RHD with mid-heavy degree stenosis of mitral was found in 27 cases,mitral insufficience in 39 cases,trispicud insufficience in 7 cases.aortic valve lesions in 10 cases.and Rudenba's syndrom in 1 case.The above results were completely proven by the operations.Conclusion Ultrasonography can accurately diagnose RHD with LAT.
