摘　　要：针对用流动热水萃取和真空干燥的方法测量锦纶6干切片中热水可萃取物含量时出现异常情况的原因进行了分析,制订了相应的预防措施。During the measurement of hot water extractables in nylon 6 chips, abnormal results come out sometimes. This paper analyzes causes and put up with corresponding treating methods and preventing measures which had obtained the good result in production.
