摘　　要：本文通过对建筑环境与设备工程专业教学计划总体框架的实践与探索,发现了一些与培养具有多种工作岗位能力的高级技术人才不相适应的问题,并通过教学实践提出了教学改革的意见和建议。Through the practice and realization about the collectivity construct of the teaching plan of building surrounding and equipment engineering department, we found there are some problems that not adapt to the purpose of training successors with high technology and ability .In addition, we take advise of teaching reform by teaching practice.
