摘　　要：上世纪50年代末,巴尔和斯特劳德公司开始研究潜望镜热成像技术,60年代中期又开始了潜望镜激光测距仪和像增强管的研制。90年代研制了光电桅杆。泰利斯光电子公司目前生产三种系列的潜望镜。公司还进行两次体制改革。The thermal imager, for the submarine periscope had been developed and manufactured by Barr & Stroud Ltd.since the end of 1950s,and laser rangefinder, and image intensification tube in the mid of 1960s. Optronic mast was manufactured in 1990s. Three kinds of periscope series are now produced in Thales Optronics. Company reform was undergone tow times.
